I have an 8 1/2 x 17 Screened Patio Enclosure for sale. We are ASKING $550.00 for it. We bought this new about 3 1/2 months ago and decided to go with a Sun Room. This is BRAND NEW and has not been installed! It also comes with a roller bag to store the top in for the winter. It is out of its original shipping carton as that was the only way I could place it in a dry area. All parts are there! REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!!! IMPORTANT CAUTION Patio Mate screen enclosures are not designed to withstand heavy winds or snow. Please disasssemble your enclosure during inclement weather and the off season. Though flame retardant, keep all flammable materials away from the roof.
This is a 3 sided screen house and it does need to be attached to the house. It's like adding another screened in room for the summer.
